Copper Square offered luxurious townhomes and garden homes in the heart of Bethel, CT perfect for the discerning lifestyle. Residents are surrounded by a peaceful, natural environment, but live minutes from the best shopping and restaurants (and within easy reach of White Plains and NYC). Not that they really want to leave home, since we offer modern kitchens, granite countertops, spacious floor plans, walk-in closets and well-appointed onsite amenities including a resident clubhouse with fitness center and screening room, heated swimming pool, patio with grills, outdoor bar and fire circle.

Not just any brochure would do. Working closely with Brandi Bailey / BRIO Consulting as well as the interior design firm and the development company, we created a series of collateral luxurious enough to represent the community in all its glory. Metallic inks and papers, unusual formats, and rich copper textures created a strong backdrop for the beautiful home designs and stunning photography. 

Aspirational lifestyle signage led people to the clubhouse and sales center, appealing to some of the key demographics.
