The developer wanted to have one site that included several multi-family properties in the quaint and historic town of Simsbury, CT, in order to demonstrate the remarkably desirable quality of life that the town offers residents.

Working with Brandi Bailey (BRIO Consulting) and Sharon Rapoport (copywriter), I designed print collateral for this development. Targeting young families, the creative messaging focuses on the benefits of leaving behind the stresses of urban life for simplicity, creativity and lots of land.
